Congratulations to Andronikos Spanos of Cyprus - Our first ever International Slimmer of the Year Winner!

The event, held at Downing College, Cambridge as part of the Cambridge Diet's 25th anniversary celebrations saw Adam Fisher of the UK, Khaled al Falasi of Dubai and Androkikos Spanoas of Cyprus make the top three when the online voting and on the night voting were counted.

This all male top three were then interviewed on stage before the panel - representing each of the countries represented in the competiton, unanomously voted Andronikos as the first ever international slimmer of the year winner.

A rather emotional Andronikos said: "I feel amazing, the Cambridge Diet has really changed my life and the life of my family. Thank you to everyone that has helped me on my weightloss journey".
